話を聞いてもらうだけでも心の中が整理され、気分がスッキリとします。
会社でクイックマッサージを導入されることがございますが、こちらは＜心のマッサージ＞です。
導入前に社長様とお打ち合わせをさせていただき、ヒアリングの上、ご提案を致します。
 
 

１対１の対面セッション（お一人３０分）

社員お一人おひとりにしっかりと寄り添い、お話を伺います。
本人の希望がない限り、お話の内容を会社や上司に報告することは致しません。

カウンセリングを通して、自分の内側にまなざしを注ぐことを体験いただきます。
それは、社員お一人おひとりの自立的なあり方（生き方・働き方）を促します。

診断・評価は、一切いたしません。　

セッションは治療目的ではありません。社員お一人おひとりが溌剌と能力を発揮されることを目指します。
お話の内容から症状を診断したり、評価したりすることはありません。
 

 
ヒアリングの上、あらためてご提案させていただきます。 
  
（例）月に2回貴社へうかがい、一日5名のカウンセリングを行った場合（ひと月10名）、5万円 （管理費・消費税、別途）です。

One-on-one session (30minutes per person)

I will listen to you. The experience of being listened is powerful. It is like a foot massage of one’s mind. I will not disclose any details to a corporation without request from the client and/or authority.

I will support employees’ independence and healthy workplace

Listening provides a whole new experience of oneself. It will allow every employee to work and live independently.

I will not diagnose or judge

The session is not for therapeutic purposes. It is aiming that every employee work lively and happily. I will not diagnose sickness or judge work performance.
